Kirk brings 20+ years of technical banking and payment experience to Omnumi. He previously led all of the operational technology at SoFi and served as Advisor to Anthony Noto, CEO. Kirk was Head of Strategy for Galileo and prior to Galileo, founded and led an MSP managing banks and banking technology across the SE.    

Greg brings 30+ years of experience in the banking and payments industry to Omnumi. Greg has held multiple senior executive roles in Sales, Business & Market Development, Product Management & Strategy, and Corporate Development. Prior to joining Omnumi, Greg served as the Head of Market & Product Strategy at Zafin, a market leader in product & pricing for the FS industry. Greg also served as the Head of NA Sales at Technisys and built and managed successful go-to-market teams globally at Intellect Design Arena, FIS, and S2 Systems.

Sree brings 30+ years of experience across architecture, data, and development with a focus on blockchain in financial services. He has held the full spectrum of technology positions from developer to senior leadership roles. Sree was a co-founder and CDO for a BlockChain startup company in 2020

Norm Rountree brings to Omnumi extensive experience in Financial Technology, Cyber Security, Business Strategy, and Risk & Compliance space. He has most recently been focused on cradle-to-grave Cloud/SaaS and engineering management experience in highly regulated ecosystems, spanning multiple software products. 

Robin is an experienced Cloud & Software Architect with a passion for leading greenfield implementations in web, mobile, and microservices-based back-end solutions within the retail and corporate banking sectors. With a solid background dating back to 2001 in the financial software industry, he brings extensive expertise in application, integration, deployment, and enterprise architectures.

Laura Hatcher joins Omnumi with over a decade of delivering program and project management within financial and technology environments. She most recently was at SoFi,  focusing on business process improvement and analysis and implementing large-scale international programs

Joe brings 20+ years of experience in building & managing teams and delivering enterprise programs within the Financial Services industry across technology, finance, operations, and trading areas. At UBS Joe served in several strategic positions including Head of Americas Investment Bank & Finance IT Development Workforce, Group Head of Client, Account & Legal Entity Data IT, and Group Head of Finance Data Strategy & Governance. Prior to joining Omnumi, Joe worked at a fintech startup, focused on the development and delivery of a digital banking, mortgage, and brokerage platform.

Natalie Nopareporn has over twelve years in Software Development Life Cycle experience across multiple industries. As a certified PMP and SMC, Natalie has led multiple cross-functional, cross-regional teams to deliver project objectives on time and on budget. Prior to Omnuni, she was a program manager for a Master Data Management consulting company based in Chicago.

Greg is the co-founder and partner of investment firm Hard Yaka. As an investor, Greg provided first money at Twitter, Square, Coinbase, Robinhood, and Solana. Other early investments include Ripple, Uphold, and Brave. He served in the payments division of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and as a director at the financial regulatory consulting firm Promontory Financial Group. Greg also served as Chief Risk Officer at Ripple. 

Margaret has over two decades of experience across the financial services industry: as a regulator, banker, legal analyst, consultant, and investor. Currently, she is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer for Hard Yaka Ventures. She has expertise in board governance, risk management, and compliance.

Chris has more than 30 years of experience in risk and compliance management in the fintech, consumer finance, banking, consultancy, and regulatory sectors. Chris served as a Director at Promontory Financial Group and was recently the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at LendUp. He is a former Senior Adviser to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Can has more than 15 years of experience in strategy and operations with a focus on financial services. As a consultant, Can led regulatory or corporate strategy-driven operating model design for financial institutions, serving most recently as a Director at Promontory Financial Group. He also had stints at Deloitte and Slalom Consulting.

Alan has over 25 years of experience in financial services and capital markets, with a strong focus on Fintech and RegTech innovation. He is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at Public. Prior to Public, he was the Chief Compliance Officer at SoFi.

Michel has over 25 years of experience in Payments and Banking Solutions.  He served as CSO for Technisys, a leading digital core banking provider that was acquired by SoFi.  Prior to joining Technisys, he served in multiple executive roles with iGTB and FIS where he was an instrumental leader for multiple banking and real-time payment transformation projects in the US and globally.

Rich has over 30 years of experience in the consumer banking space, including leading operations and technology for Citi’s consumer franchise globally. He was also an instrumental leader who helped SoFi scale to what it is today.
